Having joined Landmark in January 2019, Emma has since been actively engaged with Municipal clientele, inclusive of reviewing public planning inquiries and providing thoughtful and thorough responses. Emma is also responsible for the review, analysis and processing of planning applications, including Zoning Bylaw amendments and minor variances. Emma employs her research background, strong analytical abilities and attention to detail to deliver robust planning recommendations which consider local, regional and provincial planning policies.
Emma is currently completing her Master of Science in Rural Planning and Development at the University of Guelph; and previously earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Food and Agricultural Business from the University of Guelph. Emma is a student member with the Canadian Institute of Planners and the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and is working towards obtaining full memberships.
