Ms. Dorion holds two university degrees in archaeology, and has been with the firm since 2011.
Anne carries out extensive property analysis, efficiently and accurately conducts site-specific policy research, and provides planning guidance in respect to land use planning policies and regulations.
In addition to processing planning applications and preparing planning justification reports, Ms. Dorion is responsible for development applications such as Zoning By-law and Official Plan amendments, Minor Variances, Consents and Plans of Subdivision/Condominium. Anne has expertise in research, data assembly, documentation production and preparation of materials/evidence for Ontario Municipal Board hearings.
Anne is currently working towards a full membership with the Ontario Professional Planners Institute (OPPI) as well as the Canadian Institute of Planners.
