Meet the Private Planning Team

Darryl Tighe (M.Sc., RPP)

President and Director of Planning
Darryl’s background offers a unique blend of municipal, environmental, rural/agricultural, waterfront, aggregate resources, and park and recreation planning expertise; whose career spans over 30 years.

Anne Dorion (B.Sc., M.A.)

Land Use Planner
Ms. Dorion holds two university degrees in archaeology, and has been with the firm since 2011. Anne carries out extensive property analysis, efficiently and accurately conducts site-specific policy research, and provides planning guidance in respect to land use planning policies and regulations.

Amanda Dougherty (B.A.)

Land Use Planner
Since joining Landmark in 2015, Amanda has been primarily responsible for the analysis and processing of planning applications, and preparation of Planning Justification Reports for development work including; Zoning By-law and Official Plan amendments, Minor Variances, Consents and Plans of Subdivision.

Jodi Whalen

GIS / Mapping Specialist
Jodi graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College with her Geomatics Technician Diploma in 2011.
